On this basis we discuss your options with you, including timeframes and costs of each of them. We charge a fixed fee in advance, starting from $50 (depending on the complexity of each case).

We also provide comprehensive assistance during the chosen migration procedure, from the stage of collecting documents and information through the lodgement of visa/review application and ongoing communication with migration authorities until the migration decision is reached for your matter. We can offer a fixed fee, which can only be subject to change in exceptional or otherwise agreed upon circumstances.

For clients who would like to tackle skills assessment and/or immigration process themselves, we are able to provide advisory services, including answering queries, help with drafting documents. In such a case, the price for services is based on a fixed hourly rate for the time we spend on providing assistance.

We can also offer presentations or trainings on immigration options and processes, e.g., to Australian businesses interested in hiring foreign employees where there are skill shortages on the local labour market. The price is a fixed fee depending on the content, form and duration of the service required.

Our fees are separate to the fees required by immigration authorities, e.g., visa application charges charged by the Department of Home Affairs. As part of our services, we provide full information on such disbursements and can assist in paying those.

We can help with some of the criteria to be met prior to visa applications, in particular skills assessments, which are often needed to prove your qualifications and work experience meet the Australian standards of your occupation.

If your visa is refused or cancelled or you receive a notice of intention to cancel your visa, we will provide you with advice on the legal steps available to you and offer our further assistance e.g., in a review application or regarding revocation of your visa cancellation.

If your visa expires or you are left without a visa for any reason, do not hesitate to get in touch so that we can help you legalise your status as soon as possible. Visa refusals, cancellations or unlawful stays in Australia may jeopardise your chances for certain further visas so it is worth trying to tackle them as soon as possible.

We also provide assistance with Australian Citizenship advice and applications. If you wish to check if or when you may be eligible for Australian citizenship or need help in becoming an Australian citizen or confirming your Australian citizenship, we are here to assist you.

Currently, we provide migration services in English, Polish, German and Spanish. We can communicate with you in any of those languages, if that can help make the immigration process more understandable and convenient for you.

However, our offer does not currently include certified translation services in the above languages.

The processing times of particular visas vary greatly and range from even a couple of hours to even10-20 years! Visa processing times are subject to constant changes and generally published on the Department of Home Affairs web page.

The duration of your visa processing depends also on the completeness of lodged documentation and information you provide with the application, hence using a professional migration assistance may shorten your waiting time.

Moreover, there may be certain time-related criteria you will have to meet before you can lodge a given visa, such as prescribed period of work experience, residency, co-habitation with a partner or advertising a job position nominated for a visa.
